Data explanation

Parker number varies across the month. For the historical month, we take the last day of month paid parker number, (including contract parkers, if there are any); for the current month, we show the parker number on the last update date.  The number may be different from the one reported in a monthly statement due to month end processing. This dynamic report reflects the real-time changes of parkers. Zero-dollar rate parkers are not included.

Data explanation/Calculation

Both average paid transient and average monthly are weighted average, or the actual effective rate, which is different from the posted rate. The reason we don’t use posted rate is that, sometimes, we do dynamic pricing and increase the price for a special event and then return to posted rate.

The calculation (for both) is Total Revenue/Total Parkers, or (parker 1*rate 1 +parker 2*rate 2…)/ (total parkers).
